• Events Calendar 2010
  

  We have a number of events coming up which will benefit from your support. Please tell me or Kevin Parsons if you will support. These are:

 • Chesil Beach Fly-in is set for Saturday 14th August, at their site just this side of Bridport. See  their website for more information

• Open Fly-In weekend 2010 is over the weekend of 21st and 22nd August. This will be a fun
fly format for pilots from across the region - all welcome. Camping over the weekend will
be available at £10 per pitch - bring your own water. We will have a raffle so
donations of prizes are welcome. We will have club trainers available for
instruction and there may be an impromptu competition. All can fly under club rules (so
non-'A' certificate holders will need to be supervised or on a buddy box). All pilots will need to show proof of insurance.

 • Eddystone Fly for Fun weekend on 4th and 5th September 2010. There will be off the peg flying from 10.00am to sunset on both days. There will be a raffle and it is hopedto put on a barbeque on Saturday evening. Pilots Briefing at 9:45 am (Saturday). Proof ofBMFA insurance is required. Pilots not qualified with a minimum of 'A' certificate must besupervised when flying. Camping from Friday pm to Monday am. There will be no chargefor caravans, but a small donation to club funds would be gratefully accepted. Please notethere will be toilets on site but NO water. Eddystone club is situated at Little Lane 3 Stadiscombe, Devon. (Nr. Staddon Heights Golf course). Visit their website for more information.
