 2008 SHOW Sunday 10^th August  

 Once again the anual show is fast approaching, same layout as alway with camping available from thursday noon until monday noon in the adjacent field.

flying off the peg friday and saturday with visiting pilots enjoying a relaxed fly and to get a feel for the site ready for show day sunday where pilots will require a BMFA ''B'' certificate to fly between 10 and 5 .

onsite catering on the sunday and few stalls including the somerset and dorset air ambulance stall in which the show proffits will be donated to as always,

The orchard FM black thunder will be in attendance this year broacasting live on the show day and suppling lots of advertising for us .

 

Those wishing to camp please contact myself or the event organiser before the weekend so we know numbers. toilets are on site but you will need your own water.

Fun comps and Family BBQ days

     

Sunday 13^th April – Rolls in a minute  DONE

Sunday 27^th April – Aerobatic comp + BBQ DONE

Sunday 11^th May   - Fast and Slow pylon race + BBQ DONE

Sunday 25^th May - Balloon bursting + BBQ DONE

Sunday 8^th June   - Climb and glide + BBQ DONE

Sunday 22^nd June – Bomb drop + BBQ missed

Sunday 6^th July    - Limbo + BBQ missed

Sunday 20^th July - Scale flying + BBQ missed

 

BBQ’s are for club members, there family and friends.

Food will be supplied and cooked by the club and will be priced at £1 for burgers

And sausages . Hot drinks will not be supplied so if you would like tea or coffee please bring your own . Cold drinks will be for sale on the day.
